Download the Ticker Editor
TickerEditor_setup.exe (1,4 MB)
The ticker editor is needed to create and upload tickers.
Should work in any Windows OS + a decent PC.
For the uploading part,
you'll need
to get an account on this site and
register ws Ticker Editor.
